A training was conducted on teaching the skills of conducting investigative work on the German model, organized by the Law Enforcement Academy in conjunction with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation IRZ.
The seminar was attended by employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Law Enforcement Academy, magistracy and doctoral students.
German experts acted as speakers, who spoke about the development of criminal proceedings in Germany, the peculiarities of the interaction of the police and the prosecutor’s office, shared their experience in investigative actions.
The training participants exchanged views on the conduct of investigative actions, their approval, and the selection of preventive measures.
Experts also compared the criminal process of the two countries, noted the achievements of Kazakhstan in modernizing the criminal and criminal procedure legislation.
