On the eve of the Day of Science Workers, the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan holds an international scientific and practical conference on the theme: “Development of modern legal science: theory and practice” on April 10, 2020.
The conference can be attended by young scientists, magistracy and doctoral students of domestic and foreign higher educational institutions.
The conference is planned in the following direction:
- Legal foundations of constitutional and administrative legislation;
- Theoretical and practical aspects of the application of civil and civil procedural legislation;
- Theoretical and practical aspects of the application of criminal and criminal procedure legislation;
- International legal support for law enforcement.
Conference working languages are Kazakh, Russian, English.
Presented materials will be published before the conference. Contribution for publication is not provided. The collection of articles is assigned by ISBN.
