On 21 April 2026, as part of the «Kukyktyk Komek» project and the «Law and Order» initiative, master’s students from the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the «Dara» secondary school in the city of Kosshy.
A preventative lecture was held for senior pupils, aimed at fostering a culture of law and improving legal literacy. During the meeting, topical issues regarding the prevention of drug-related crimes, gambling addiction and bullying were highlighted, and the mechanisms by which minors are drawn into the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, as well as the liability for participating in such offences, were explained.
Particular attention was paid to the characteristics of adolescence, the development of responsibility for one’s own actions, and countering negative influences from those around them.
The meeting took the form of an open dialogue: the pupils actively asked questions and received practical advice on protecting their rights and ensuring their safety, including in the digital environment.
