Online lecture: «The New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Human Rights, Digitalisation and the Overhaul of the Political System»

As part of the implementation of the Joint Action Plan of the Association of Higher Education Institutions for 2026, an online lecture was held on 31 March 2026 at 15:30, dedicated to topical issues concerning the development of the constitutional system of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the modern context.

The lecturer was Police Lieutenant Colonel Shara Temirkhanovna Zhailaubayeva, a representative of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The lecture examined key areas of constitutional reform, including the safeguarding and protection of human rights within the new constitutional framework, the development of digitalisation in public administration, and the transformation and renewal of the country’s political system.

The event aimed to raise the level of legal literacy, foster a modern understanding of constitutional reforms, and discuss the role of digital technologies in public administration.

The lecture served as a platform for open dialogue and the exchange of views on the most important issues of national development.
