On November 28, 2025, in Tashkent, Rector of the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurgalym Abdirov, held a bilateral meeting with the leadership of Tashkent State University of Law.
During the negotiations, priority areas of cooperation were considered, including the development of initial training programs, advanced training for law enforcement personnel, scientific activities, and international collaboration. The Uzbek side expressed interest in the Academy’s experience as a Regional Hub for countering global threats, its expertise in digital forensics, and the work of its Center for Combating Cybercrime.
The parties also discussed prospects for conducting joint research, exchanging educational materials, involving University specialists in scientific advising for the Academy’s doctoral students, and developing academic mobility. The possibility of holding joint classes and training national trainers in digital security was also considered.
Both sides expressed their interest in expanding the partnership and implementing new joint initiatives.
