Dr. Artur Baymakhanov has been declared the winner of the republican contest “The Best Civil Servant of the Year”.
The competition included several stages, including writing an essay, completing a flight assignment, as well as presenting a project in the field of civil service.
More than 100 thousand respondents took part in the final stage of the online voting.
It is noteworthy that the presented project “I tergeý” was developed by Artur Baymakhanov as part of his dissertation research.
The IT program is designed to solve the difficulties of independently collecting a wide range of information to determine the tactics of investigation for a specific composition of criminal offenses.
The resource allows you to reduce the number of factors that negatively affect the quality of the investigation, which entail violations of procedural norms, red tape and complaints.
