The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies has launched advanced training courses for employees who are in the Presidential Reserve of the leadership of law enforcement agencies.
Opening the event, the Rector of the Academy Timur Suleimenov noted the important role of the Presidential Reserve Institute in the context of the implementation of tasks to strengthen the professional core of the law enforcement system, the training of leaders of the new formation.
The course program is focused on improving professional and managerial competencies necessary for a modern manager.
Among them are the use of modern operational management technologies, the development of leadership and communication skills, personal effectiveness of the head, skills in solving non-standard and crisis situations.
Trainings and master classes are conducted by heads of state and law enforcement agencies, reputable scientists and practitioners.
The training will last until November 5, 2021.
