Today, the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies was officially visited by the Ambassador of the OSCE Office of Programs in Nur-Sultan, Dr. Volker Frobart and the Regional Adviser on Law Enforcement Issues of the US Embassy in Kazakhstan, John Dudley.
The OSCE Program Office and the US Embassy are long-standing partners of the Academy, with the support of which many international scientific and educational events have been organized to counter global threats.
During the visit, a presentation of jointly developed video courses on such topical topics as “Countering human trafficking”, as well as “Financial crimes and the return of stolen assets” was held.
The first course consists of 36 video lessons (four–hour), the second – of 42 (three-hour). In total, 10 national trainers and experts took part in the development of video courses.
The quality and potential effectiveness of the classes were highly appreciated by independent international experts.
The Academy plans to start training using these materials from November this year on the current platform of the Distance Learning System.
The participants of the event expressed interest in the continuation and further development of cooperation.
