On the eve of Victory Day, the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies held a traditional charity event for home front workers and war children “Honor to veterans!”. It was attended by students and staff of the Academy.
The organizers visited the homes of twelve veterans in the village of Kosshy, presented letters of thanks on behalf of the Academy management and food baskets.
Despite their advanced age, many of the elders participate in the work of the Council of War Veterans, conduct military-patriotic work with young people.
The guests listened to the stories of veterans about the war and post-war years, expressed their sincere gratitude and warm wishes.
