On March 9, 2021, by Order of the Prosecutor General, Kaliolla Kabayevich Seitenov was appointed the first Vice-Rector of Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
He was born on November 27, 1967 in the Akmola region.
In different years, he worked in the forensic division of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Akmola region, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2001 to 2019, he was engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities. He was the dean, vice-rector, head of research projects and advanced training in forensic science at KazGUU.
Since July 2019-Professor of the Department of General Legal Disciplines of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor.
Author of more than 150 scientific works, including textbooks, teaching aids, guidelines, and scientific articles.
He is one of the authoritative experts in the field of criminal procedure, criminalistics and forensic examination, operational and investigative activities.
In accordance with the new position, Kaliolla Kabayevich will oversee the issues of professional training, retraining and advanced training of law enforcement officers, as well as postgraduate education at the Academy.
