Participation in Councils and working groups: Dissertation Council for the defense of doctoral dissertations at the Academy of Financial Police (2012-2014), working groups under the Prosecutor General’s Office to amend the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor’s Office, Criminal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure (2015-2022), interdepartmental working group for the preparation of the 4th Periodic Report on the work carried out by the Republic of Kazakhstan to prevent torture, speeches at 3 sessions (2017-2019).) on the Rule of Law in Warsaw (Poland) and in the UN Committee against Torture in Geneva (Switzerland, 2019).
