At the Law Enforcement Academy Vice-rector Maralbek Yeshimov met with the UNODC adviser on countering the laundering of illegal income and the financing of terrorism Alexander Vodyanoy.
During the conversation, the sides discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the framework of a pilot project to create a national IT system for professional accreditation and development of specialists in the field of combating corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing on the basis of the Academy.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on the further implementation of the program “Countering the financing of terrorism”, organization of simulation trainings and other scientific and educational events at the Academy.
