On May 29, 2019 at 10:00 a Criminological forum will be held on the topic “Issues of developing scientific and legal approaches to clarify and distinguish between criminal offenses, criminal misconduct and administrative offenses, based on the degree of their social danger and other criteria.”
The event was organized by the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Representatives of the Presidential Administration, Parliament, the Constitutional Council, the Supreme Court, scientists, law enforcement and other government agencies, lawyers are invited.
It is planned to discuss promising areas for improving the criminal policy on the criminalization and decriminalization of offenses.
