Advanced training courses have begun for employees of territorial prosecutor’s offices supporting the state prosecution at the Law Enforcement Academy.
This is the second training this year in a specially designed curriculum.
The main purpose of the training is to improve the professional knowledge and skills necessary for the supervision and maintenance of state charges in criminal proceedings.
The training format is aimed at ensuring practical orientation and maximum mastery of the necessary skills by students.
Trainings will be held with a discussion of specific tasks and situations, working out and consolidating the material covered by practical examples.
So, classes will be held to simulate criminal trials in the course of which skills will be developed to maintain state prosecution.
Students will take part in oratory training in order to improve public speaking skills, communicative competence.
Experienced staff of the Prosecutor General’s Office are invited as trainers. On the basis of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting, modern information systems used in supervisory activities will be mastered.
Following the results of the training event, a round table will be held with the participation of representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office and the CLSaSA dedicated to the discussion of current issues of supervisory practice.
In general, the course will last until August 23 of this year.
