Shakimova Lola Sergeevna was born in the military family in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR. She moved to Kazakhstan in 1970. In 1978, she successfully graduated from secondary school No. 198 of Kyzylorda.
Then, the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after N.V. Gogol, Faculty of Philology, specialty Russian Language and Literature in 1982. After graduation, she carried out labor activities at this institute, as a teacher of foreign literature, secretary of the Komsomol committee, on the rights of the Komsomol district committee.
In 1984 she worked as a teacher of history, the Russian language and literature at secondary school No. 25 of Kyzylorda.
From 1986 to 1996 – a medical psychologist, chief medical psychologist of the Kyzylorda Psychoneurological Hospital (formerly republican). Medical psychologist of the 1st category. In the direction of the regional health department was trained (full-time) on the basis of the Leningrad University named after Zhdanov, Department of Psychology, “Age and Career Guidance Psychology” division.
From 1996 to 1997 – work in law enforcement agencies (in the Kyzylorda region and the city of Baikonyr.
From 1997 to 2000, she completed training in military postgraduate studies (full-time, 3 years, Department of Operational Psychology) at the Academy of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2000 to 2010 – work at the Academy of National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a researcher, teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor of the department of operational psychology, deputy head of the editorial department.
Since 2010, she retired, with the rank of retired lieutenant colonel of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to the present, she continues to work as a senior lecturer in the Department of Operational Psychology at the Academy of National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan (civil servant). Master of Psychology.
She has published more than 100 scientific articles, methodological recommendations, psychology manuals for profiling the “risk” group for law enforcement officials (customs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Border Guard Service).
She has awards:
1) departmental awards; medal “25 years of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “20 years of the Academy of National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, medal “For special contribution to the activities of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

Public work: expert – psychologist of the Republican informational and explanatory group under the Ministry of Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expert – psychologist of the Republican Association of Psychologists and Psychotherapists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international expert of the UN (Central Asian region) on profiling the “risk” group.
