At the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a professional training course for young employees of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records has been completed. The program was aimed at strengthening the human resource capacity of the prosecution system and developing essential skills for the effective performance of official duties.
The training covered the development of professional, communicative, informational, writing, and sectoral competencies. Lectures were combined with practical workshops and business simulations, enabling participants to consolidate their knowledge and master the application of legislation in the field of legal statistics.
The course involved instructors from the Academy and practicing specialists of the Committee, who shared their experience and analyzed service-related situations. Young employees gained a comprehensive understanding of the tasks and functions of the Committee, as well as skills in legal analysis, working with information systems, and conducting official correspondence.
