On November 19, 2025, the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a scientific seminar for master’s and doctoral students on the topic «Implementation of Criminal Policy in the Activities of Law Enforcement Agencies.»
The event was held in the format of a scientific discussion and aimed at developing competencies necessary for the preparation of dissertation research, as well as formulating practical recommendations for improving criminal policy.
Participants discussed key areas of development in criminal and criminal-procedural legislation of Kazakhstan and Russia, issues of countering modern types of crime, the specifics of criminal proceedings, and the forensic support of investigations.
It was noted that such seminars contribute to strengthening the research potential of young scholars, improving the quality of legal education, and fostering a scientific community oriented toward the practical needs of the law enforcement system.
The Academy continues to develop a professional and international scientific platform aimed at promoting modern approaches in the field of law and ensuring legality.
