The Law Enforcement Academy under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, commissioned by the Coordinating Council of Prosecutors General of the CIS Member States, conducted an interstate scientific study on the application of artificial intelligence in prosecutorial activities.
The research brought together scholars and practitioners from across the CIS. For the first time, a comprehensive analysis was carried out on the implementation and regulation of artificial intelligence technologies in supervisory functions.
The outcome of the study was the publication of the monograph «Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Prosecutorial Activities: Legal Regulation and Application Practices in the CIS», which presents reviews of information-analytical systems, international experience, legal frameworks, and risk assessments related to digitalization.
Additionally, methodological recommendations were developed for organizing interstate scientific research, aimed at enhancing coordination and unifying methodological approaches.
The study was conducted with active support from the Secretariat of the Coordinating Council and members of the authoring team.
