Advanced Training Courses on Representing State Interests in Court

Today, the Law Enforcement Academy under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan concluded a five-day advanced training course titled «Challenging Issues in Representing State Interests in Civil, Administrative Cases and Administrative Offenses, and Oversight of the Legality of Enforcement Proceedings»

As part of the program, participants explored current issues in judicial and supervisory practice, discussed complex aspects of legal application, and exchanged experience in solving practical tasks. Special attention was given to the use of the Academy’s Analytical Center, including the modules «Zerdeleu», «Adildik» and «Boryshker» which support the analysis of judicial and enforcement activities and enhance prosecutorial efficiency.

Lectures and practical sessions were conducted by the Academy’s faculty, judges, representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Justice, and the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs.

The outcomes of the course will help participants improve their professional competencies, ensure consistency in supervisory practices, and strengthen the quality of representing state interests in court.
