The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan will defend a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Baimukhametova Guldana Maratovna on the topic: «Principles of mediation as a factor of effectiveness of criminal proceedings» according to the educational program of the doctoral program 8D12301 – «Law enforcement».

The dissertation was carried out on the basis of the Department of Special Legal Disciplines of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
