Rector of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies took part in the republican scientific and practical conference “Legal aspects of human rights protection in the framework of modernization of the Kazakh police at the present stage”, organized by the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The forum, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Kazakh police, raised topical issues of improving the activities of internal affairs bodies, creating an effective system for strengthening the rule of law and the rule of law, protecting the individual and the state.
The high social significance of the ongoing reforms designed to strengthen the security of citizens and strengthen the public authority of the police was noted.
Timur Suleimenov’s speech was devoted to the role of scientific and educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in improving the professionalism of the Kazakh police, the formation of a new generation of personnel potential. The fruitful partnership of departmental universities in the framework of advanced training of internal affairs officers in postgraduate education and Presidential Reserve programs was also noted.
The conference was attended by leading scientists, scientific and pedagogical workers and students of departmental educational institutions.
