Today, within the framework of the “Distinguished Guest” project, the Academy hosted a presentation of the “Commentary to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan: General and Special part” by Isidor Borchashvili, Doctor of Law, Professor, academician, Director of the Institute for the Study of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Problems of Astana International University.
The event was attended by undergraduates, doctoral students and the teaching staff of the Academy.
During the presentation, Borchashvili I.Sh. highlighted the problematic issues of criminal legislation and the practice of its application, reflected in the Commentary, shared his experience in conducting scientific research, scientific interpretation of legal norms and preparation of scientific papers.
