Problematic issues of supervision over the legality of criminal prosecution were discussed at the courses completed at the Academy for employees of territorial prosecutor’s offices.
The relevance of the training topic is dictated by the facts of violations of accounting and registration discipline and constitutional rights of citizens, which prosecutors constantly face.
During the week, the students studied the specifics of working with KPSIS information systems, methods of conducting inspections. They practiced in the design of an electronic criminal case, drawing up an indictment upon completion of a pre-trial investigation.
There were also classes on strengthening supervision in the field of pre-trial proceedings, investigation and collection of evidence on new elements of crimes.
