On March 15, 2021, at Law Enforcement Academy, within the framework of the permanent School of Pedagogical Excellence, a training master class on the topic “Emotional Intelligence in the workplace” was held.
During the training, the participants discussed the specifics of professional law enforcement activities, the importance of establishing effective communications with the population. Special attention was paid to the situations of interaction in the conditions of conflict and increased psycho-emotional tension.
Materials on emotional intelligence, empathy, and emotion management were studied.
The training also included the presentation of the textbook “Sociology and Psychology of Management” by Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, A. A.Tynyshbaeva.
The final part of the training was devoted to the analysis of practical cases, the use of various tools and techniques of emotional intelligence to improve the effectiveness of performance.
