The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies has prepared a memo “The rights of entrepreneurs in criminal proceedings” to provide legal assistance to entrepreneurs.
The document was developed in the framework of the conducted study on “Strengthening the protection of entrepreneurs’ rights and legitimate interests” and includes links to applicable laws, with step-by-step algorithm from the beginning of registration of a criminal offence before the completion of production.
To ensure its wide dissemination among the business community, the memo was sent to the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” and posted on the website of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs (Business Ombudsman).
