At the end of the Moscow international competition “Science book” the second place in the nomination “Constitutional law” won the monograph authors of the law enforcement Academy on “The inviolability of private life or privacy”.
This is the third competition organized by the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. This year, 147 works from 50 scientific and educational organizations were submitted for the competition. Each contest entry was double-reviewed.
The competition was attended by scientific works of well-known Russian educational institutions, as well as works by authors from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus and Mongolia.

The monograph is based on the results of a scientific study. The authors have studied the practical and theoretical problems of ensuring privacy. Based on the analysis of international standards and national legislation, scientists have formed a scientifically based legal approach to the definition of the concept of “privacy”.
