April 9, 2021, on the Day of Scientists, the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan will hold an International scientific and practical conference on the topic: “Development of modern legal science: theory and practice”.
Scientists, practitioners, experts, doctoral students and undergraduates of higher educational institutions are invited to participate.
The conference will be held in plenary and breakout sessions in the following areas:
- Legal basis of constitutional and administrative legislation;
- Theoretical and practical aspects of the application of civil and civil procedure legislation;
- Theoretical and practical aspects of the application of criminal and criminal procedure legislation;
- International legal support of law enforcement activities.
The working languages of the conference are Kazakh, Russian, and English.
International transportation costs, accommodation and meals – at the expense of the sending party.
To participate, you must submit to the organizing committee by February 21, 2021:
- application form (sample attached);
- an article in electronic format (requirements are attached);
- for persons who do not have an academic degree – a positive review of the candidate (doctor) of sciences on the topic of the scientific article (scanned with the signature).
Articles submitted later than the specified deadline, issued in violation of the requirements, are not published and are not returned.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to select the materials proposed for publication. Materials previously published in other printed publications that do not meet the requirements are not considered by the editorial board and are not returned.
The conference materials will be published on the website of the law enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conference.
Place and time of the conference: Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola region, Tselinograd district, Kosshy village, Republic street, 16, State Institution “Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
Registration of participants will take place on April 9, 2021 at 9.30 am, and the conference will start at 10.00 am.
In case of restrictive and quarantine measures, the conference will be held in an online format on the ZOOM platform. The necessary links for registration and participation in the work of the conference sections will be additionally sent to the e-mail addresses of the participants.
